We are a citizen-led military support organization committed to serving those who defend our seas— U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S.-flag Merchant Marine and supporting their families in the San Francisco and greater Bay Area.
The San Francisco Navy League of the United States, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) membership organization whose mission is to inform the American people and their government that the United States of America is a maritime nation and its national defense and economic well-being are dependent upon strong sea services – United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, United States Coast Guard and United States-flag Merchant Marine.

We are dedicated to educating local and national leaders as well as the American public about the crucial importance of strong sea services. This educational outreach aims to bolster understanding and support for maritime defense initiatives.
Our support extends to all men and women of the sea services, encompassing units and individual personnel from both active duty and reserve components, as well as their families. We strive to provide comprehensive support that meets their diverse needs.
Through supporting youth programs, we are committed to developing the next generation of leaders. The programs we support are geared towards young individuals are designed to instill leadership skills and a deep appreciation for naval service.
